Recruitment Process
- Each student of the final year is to register in the placement cell, no registration fee is charged and it should be done before the placement drive in the campus.
- Campus Drive happens twice a year in a month between September to November and next in between March to May.
- The companies are contacted by the placement cells to find out their requirements.
- The time and date are fixed according to the mutual convince.
- The Eligible Students are informed who are interested in the job.
- The students are aware of the criteria of the particular job profile and accordingly they attend for the placements.
- Mock Interview, Group Discussion and aptitude test are conducted before the campus drive.
- Placement Committee provides the room with LCD projector during the process.
Recruitment process is generally divided into three phrases including General Interview in which candidates need to share brief description about themselves, after that Technical interview and finally HR interview.
INTERVIEW: The last part of the recruitment process of the company is interview after clearing the written exams and group discussion. The companies have one interview in which they ask technical as well as HR questions.
Technical Interview: In this interview a technical question is asked to the students the best strategy to ace these questions is to prepare your curriculum (courses pertaining to the job profile) thoroughly.
HR Interview : In this interview students are selected by their overall personality and how well updated knowledge they have. It also includes the internship, work experiences, industrial visits in a specific sector which increase the chances of selection.
